Cam is chief sound engineer/producer at Darkhorse studio, Newcastle. His passion for recording and production has developed and evolved towards professional standards through his experience and ongoing work as a musician.

Cam has won awards for best album at the BBN independent release 2004 and three years in a row winner for best rock at the ABC music awards. Cam’s sound engineered productions are currently achieving Triple J rotation, commercial radio advertising televised documentary soundtracks.

Cam has co produced with the likes of Anthony Lycenko at Rockinghorse Studios in Byron Bay, and independently produced/recorded an EP with Sydney-based band Le Kingste. Cam has recorded the Aztecs for a tribute single dedicated to Billy Thorpe, currently playing bass and working on an album with birdsandbelles and has just recently finished a 7 track mix for The Evening Son. Bands currently recording with Cam at Darkhorse Studios are The Owls and Grandmaster Monk.

Cam’s always interested in talented musicians to work with on their personal projects. Whether it be for demos, EP’s, Albums or tracked songs that need a professional mix.
