THE STORM will take place against the backdrop of one of Newcastle’s most iconic locations, Nobbys Beach.
All events, except for the launch concert, will be held in the Nobbys Surf Lifesaving Club Hall, which was first established in 1923. For more venue information, please visit the Nobbys Surf Lifesaving website.
Nobbys Surf Lifesaving Club Hall located at 100 Nobbys Road, Nobbys Beach, Newcastle East is an accessible building with ramp entrance. Note that this ramp is quite steep. Reserved parking is available in the free public carpark, located 50 metres from the Hall entrance. Note that there is a continuous pathway from the accessible carpark in the new public car park only. The Pathway from the two accessible carparks in the old public carpark is not continuous). There is an accessible toilet available at the Surf Club Lifesaving Tower, accessible via a ramp.

Pacific Park located on Pacific Street, Newcastle East has wide brick paths throughout the park. There is one reserved accessible park available on Scott Street, outside the Joy Cummings Centre. There is a continuous pathway from the reserved parking to the site of the launch event in the park.
