New TiNA Executive Producer WANTED

Use your initiative to deliver the This is Not Art Festival (TiNA) in Newcastle.

Octapod is seeking an Executive Producer to plan and manage the delivery of the TINA festival for 2015.

The TiNA Executive Producer is responsible for supervising and managing festival logistics, programming and scheduling festival events in consultation with co-presenters, funding, sponsorship and fundraising, budget management, supervising staff and marketing.

TiNA is a unique independent arts festival based in Newcastle, NSW that offers an experimental environment where artists can test and exchange ideas. The position offers the chance to make a significant contribution to artist creative development by creating spaces for artistic collaboration and discovery.

Closing date for applications is 5pm Monday 17th November 2014.

Interviews will be held in the week beginning 24 November.

This is a part-time one year contract position (24 hours per week) that will start on 5 January 2015, with a handover (10 hours) available in early December 2014.
