A big thank you to all our generous contributors who donated their fabulous and inventive interpretations of coasters for our 2010 Fundraiser exhibition, and to those who supported us by purchasing. It was a fun and inspiring show, and well over $800 was raised. This money will go towards gallery running costs as well as funding a new prize PODspace will offer, to be announced for 2011.

Octapod successfully applied to receive the assets of CCDNSW (which unfortunately has had to wind up). Christina went on a big road trip to Sydney to pick up the goods including a data projector, video camera, IMacs and office furniture. We have been rearranging the office to accommodate our new stuff. We now have some things to giveaway to our members and community supporters - filing cabinets of various sizes and some stationery items. If you are interested in any of these items, contact Christina: podadmin@octapod.org or call 4927 0470. |
CALL OUT: for budding photographers with camera phones. PODspace Gallery will be hosting an upcoming exhibition based on photographs taken exclusively with a camera phone. Contact us at podspacegallery@yahoo.com.au if interested.
