This Is Not Art Festival 2009 wrap up

TINA 2009.JPG
They arrived by trains, bikes and automobiles to attend and celebrate This Is Not Art's 10th festival. What a celebration it was! With a brand new festival club - 'The Mason's' This Is Not Art punters were treated to an array of unique, independent and eclectic performances across the 5 days. Highlights include the Sunday Zine Fair which was a hive of activity with delicious organic food, creative DIYers and enchanting singers. Over 26 venues around Newcastle came alive with panels, discussions and the highly anticipated evening gigs and performances.

This year This Is Not Art welcomed Crack Theatre Festival to the lineup and they provided the audience with Crack House frivolity. Mr Fibby was a crowd pleasure and Sunday's Playground invited the Crack audience to become part of the show.
